The domain is situated only 12 kilometers from Montalcino, in the cradle of the Brunello area, where you will be able to enjoy the world-famous wine. Rolling hills and vineyards and centuries-old farmhouses are randomly spread in the estate, where you will get accustomed to roe deer, pheasants and hares passing by. Golf, hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding as well as tennis, swimming, bocce and other sports activities (including a fitness centre) are present on the estate for you to enjoy. When the time comes for well deserved relaxation, a comfortable 5 treatment rooms’ spa, with hammam and sauna, will be available for you upon separate reservation. Moreover, two restaurants, a coffee bar and a shop are among the additional facilities present in the main area of the estate. You will need however your car to reach it. The private Golf Club on the estate, designed by the legendary Tom Weiskopf, can be played by special permission, upon separate arrangement with the estate.
This large, luxury villa sleeps 8 people in 4 en suite bedrooms, spread over the main residence’s and the adjacent guest house. The villa’s beguiling interior features original beamed ceilings, a commanding central fireplace and large glass doors that open on to sunset views and a garden of ancient oak trees. Located on a picturesque ridge overlooking the golf course, Villa Brunello offers panoramic views across the gently rolling Sienese countryside. A very elegant marble staircase, whose walls have been hand-decorated by fine painters, leads from the main entrance to the first floor, where a very large corridor is more likely an additional comfy area, with its original leather mini bar, a reading table with two comfortable armchairs and soft light lamps. All the bedrooms have the common denominator of the typical Tuscan colour palette, with ivory, subtle coral and green. The views from the rooms add to the relaxing sensation, by welcoming into the house the beautiful Tuscan countryside and its matching colours. In autumn, these and the centuries-old oaks blend perfectly with the colours of the villa’s interior. The furnishings have been carefully selected and follow the chic Tuscan style, with a particular eye to detail and luxury and the best local materials for its upholstery, hardware and furniture. Nothing has been left to chance.
Your stay in this very elegant, luxurious, yet rustic and genuinely Tuscan abode will make you fall in love with this famous region of Italy, in surroundings which are unable to be reached by the large public. Please be aware that a white unmade road of about 10 kms leads to the secluded estate from the main country road, although access is no problem and any car can negotiate it. Montalcino and its Brunello’s vineyards will await you, while our chef and butler will strive to pamper you with their attentiveness and professionalism, from morning until late at night, with a precious Brunello’s bottle from your favourite producer.
