SPECIAL TERMS
For any new booking in selected properties and yachts, Black Book Villas will apply the following cancellation policy:
- Clients will be able to secure their choice with payment of 50% of the total amount due, at the time of booking confirmation. If, due to travel restrictions linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is impossible for them to reach their destination, we will refund this amount in full, as per the conditions below;
- They will be able to cancel their booking and get a full refund or postpone the dates of their stay to a future time – based on availability and price adjustments – up to 14 days before the envisaged holiday start date;
- These terms will only be applicable if and until when official travel restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic prevent them from travelling to the relevant destination. Standard payment and cancellation terms will apply in all other cases;
- If they decide to proceed as planned, they will be required to pay the balance (50% of the total amount) 14 days before arrival. Please note that is when we need to receive payment from you.
