SPECIAL TERMS

For any new booking in selected properties and yachts, Black Book Villas will apply the following cancellation policy:

1. You will be able to secure your choice with payment of 50% of the total amount due, at the time of booking confirmation. If, due to travel restrictions linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is impossible for you to reach your destination, we will refund this amount in full, as per the conditions below;
2. You will be able to cancel your booking and get a full refund or postpone the dates of your stay to a future time – based on availability and price adjustments – up to 14 days before the envisaged holiday start date;
3. These terms will only be applicable if and until when official travel restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic prevent you from travelling to the relevant destination. Standard payment and cancellation terms will apply in all other cases;
4. If you decide to proceed as planned, you will be required to pay the balance (50% of the total amount) 14 days before your arrival.
